…Ever heard of a retreat like this before? No?
I hadn’t either… But through my years of coaching, I learned how essential it is to create time and space to be deeply intimate - with feelings, sensations, and energy. In a sacred container, in a grounded environment, far away from the daily grind, I’ll invite you (and your partner or paramours, if you like) to be present to deep emotions, desires, and relational dynamics. Sometimes in this process we find trauma that requires tenderness and healing…. and sometimes what emerges is freedom, ferocity, and fun. On retreat we can make make space for all of it.
Cultivating awareness of the deepest roots of our sexual and relational selves is something very few people do in a focused and supported way. You deserve time to sink in to this personal evolution, and I’m honed to hold this space.
So… What exactly will we do?
Through intimate conversation, gentle somatic methods, playful practices, and meaningful rituals, we’ll explore your body, breath, authentic voice, and energy. We’ll talk about the types of touch you like to give, want to give, and want to know how to give… as well as those you receive, want to receive, and want to know how to receive. (This is the functional part.) We’ll explore the messages you’ve adopted around sexuality, body, gender, and identity that might be holding you back - or holding onto your imagination a little too hard. (This is the part where address the inner self.) I’ll guide you into your own sovereign state of sensual allowing - to help you discover your primal wants and needs - and we’ll find your body’s hidden power centers. I’ll show you how to move energy through your body for immense pleasure, self-healing, and deep satisfaction. (This is the electric, energetic part.) We’ll do mind mapping and visioning, and we can co-create a ritual of transformation if that’s important to you.
With your erotic wholeness in mind, I’ll craft an experience to bring you into greater capacity for self-love, romantic expression, intimate pleasure, and embodied union.
Retreats are usually offered at beautiful, private locations in Los Angeles, Malibu, Ojai, and Joshua Tree
Travel to additional locations for select clients is possible
